The company EMA.Ri.GEL srl is situated in Capo d'Orlando, it was founded, almost as a natural evolution, from more than 45 years of artisan experience gained in the production of ice cream.

The company has completely revolutionized its structure and was modernized in 2010, in order to obtain a balance between modern technologies and high quality standards.

Production takes place in a modern and organized factory, with a production area of 1000 square meters. Particular attention is paid to the selection and purchase of raw materials, characterized by their high quality standards.

The factory has become a place of excellence, promoter of innovation and creativity, for a company that aims to establish itself in the market for the presentation, taste, quality and consistency of its ice cream.
